The Model VR4 Integral Meter Tube Vacuum Regulator is designed for applications ranging from single cylinder systems to multi-cylinder
automatic switchover systems. The design incorporates a built-in meter tube for local feed rate indication.

• Solid all-machined construction, using only high quality materials: Hastelloy-C276 Inlet
  Capsule, Silver Inlet Valve, Tantalum Springs, PVDF Guide Pin, PVDF Rate Valve
  (Silver Rate Valves & Guide Pins are also available)
• Captured rate valve design, providing smooth & precise manual feed rate control
• Easily removable inlet filter cartridge & porous PTFE (Teflon) filter (≤100 PPD)
• 3-year warranty and the most comprehensive list of lifetime-warranty parts:
  front body, back body, inlet capsule, inlet spring, vent spring & diaphragm
• Available Feed Rates 100ppd and below
